  • Take a bowl or container, put turmeric, salt, pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves and nutmeg.
  • Stir the whole mixture of ingredients nicely.
  • Start to fry the mixture now.
  • Now, take the pieces of chicken and place them inside the bowl.
  • Mix everything that’s inside the bowl until it all gets well-coated.
  • Start frying again for the next 4 minutes.
  • Finally, pour inside some tomato sauce and continue stirring.

  • Take two cups having boiled water inside them.
  • Place tea bag and bay leaf inside the cups.
  • Fill the half of cups with garbanzo beans and stir them inside the boiling water.
  • Heat the beans until they’re fully heated.
  • Now start to soak the beans.
  • Take two teaspoons of oil and place them under medium heat.
  • After they’re heated, pour them over the cups of garbanzo beans.
  • Also pour 1 tomato and half of the cilantro leaves over those two cups.
  • Heat all ingredients on medium heat. Blend the whole texture with ingredients such as coriander, cumin seeds, garlic etc.
  • Stir the entire mixture for 20 seconds.
  • Now, start cooking until it gets lightly browned.
  • While it is being cooked, pour over the season salts like cayenne pepper, and garam masala.
  • You can pour in your personal favorite sauces too i.e. tomato liquid.
  • Your cooking must be over till about 5 minutes.
  • After it is done being cooked, stir the whole texture once again until it becomes like a thick gravy-like substance.

It is a traditional dish of Indian civilization. It is served with delicious rice. You can either use mutton or chicken while serving the dish. It is one of the most important dishes from Indian cooking.

  • Take oil and heat it on medium heat.
  • Start to stir the cumin seeds while cooking them. This would take about 20-40 seconds. Stop when seeds start to pop.
  • Pour inside the pieces of onions and mix them until they become browned.
  • Pour in additional ingredients like turmeric, cayenne, garam masala, ginger etc (It is to give a spicy touchup).
  • Take fried chicken or cooked meat separately and add it in the texture with tomato sauce.
  • Stir the whole mixture nicely before serving it. So you get the desired consistency.

  • Sprinkle the yogurt over the chicken. And let it to cool for about 6-24 hrs.
  • After cooling it, preheat the mixture with oil.
  • Start to cook the delicious chicken for about 25 minutes.

Place the ingredients on a side first:

1 – Minced Meat

2 – Salt

3 – Chilly

4 – Kebab chini

5 – Green Papaya

6 – Garam Masala

7 – Ginger paste

8 – Onion paste

9 – Saffron

10 – Desi Ghee

11 – Gulab Jal

12 – Dash of ittar


Finely combine all these ingredients together. Put the mixture over a fry pan, and alongside of it sprinkle some ghee. Continue to fry the “Kebabs”.
